HELP! How come I have 0 numbers on my machine?

Post by talktobon » Tue Mar 31, 2009 3:11 am

I woke up just now after 6 hours with my machine on. How come it says there's 0 therapy hours, 0 AHI, 0 pressure, etc. in the 7 day on the LCD? Does it take awhile for information to register on the LCD? I need to see my doc on Friday and take my SmartCard in. And I want to know how I did last night. There's nothing in the owners manual.

P.S. Information is showing up in the 30 day. I've been off CPAP for 2 weeks due to other health issues.

you didn't say what time you woke up.And this is why I have a Resmed and around noon time give or take the lcd goes back to zero in preparation for reading the next day.So if you work second shift for example I guess you'd have to track yourself by a card or change the time in your machine. I don't know your machine but at sometime in the day it would have to "clear" the past days numbers.just a thought...

I woke up at 4 am. I haven't been on CPAP for 2 weeks so there's no info to clear from the 7 day avg. Do I still need to clear it anyway?

well it would seem that 4 am cancels out the first thought then....not all the world operates on "9to5" that's why I asked. Sometimes I sleep in and go past noon and have to use the card to get the imput vs. the lcd which then would read zero's. I don't clear mine.It just picks up from when I start back up. I switch machines to travel and they just keep picking up from the last use.

This talks about reading a machine like yours.
