hybrid antisufaction valve problem

Just bought a hybrid the valve flapper hangs straight down. at night it loses seal must put finger over hole valve closes repeat all night. any fix for this or where to buy new flapper. thinking of pouring hot water over flapper scared to deform elbow. or make something to keep from falling down so far.

Hello, just looked at mine and the flapper hangs down about 1/32 of an inch. I would call them and they should fix you right up. Here is their number. 888 280-6607
