i ve just stumbled across this site. been reading some of the coments and advise. i ve had my cpap for about 3 years now. its uncomfortable and awful as ever. the clinic that sees me in the uk, there seems to be a standard cpapmachine with just two choices of masks, i ve picked a full face one, finally been offered a humidfier last month! this site amazing.

Welcome to the forum! Post what machine and masks you have and we can give you lots of tips to help make this more comfortable. You can also do a search for the masks you use and read loads of ideas posted by others.

ahh thats so kind thank you, its a devilbliss, masks flexifit 431. dont know if thats any help. its fine till i move then just seems to leak!!! and im awake again. feel absolutly knackered most the time, at work my brain feels like mush. any tips would be welcome and il deffo spend some time searching thru everyones messages x

Do you mouth breathe? If you can keep from mouth breathing, you might give nasal pillows that a try. I've got a flexifit 432 as a backup. No comparison. Not even close. I use the Swift LT. Currently I have to tape my mouth closed, but I'm hoping to "grow out of that". But it's worth it to use nasal pillows.

SnuggleHose - Got the 8 foot and cut it down to 6, used the rest for mask hoses.
Memory Foam Pillow - Cut my own out of my Tempur-pedic pillow. (works great!)
