What you have is called "rainout" and there are a number of things you can do to stop this. I've found if the room is too cold, I will definitely get condensation build-up, especially if I have the humidifier turned up too high. There are other ways to stop it too if you like a cold room, namely a heated hose or a very good thick hose cover also helps as well as routing the hose up above your head and then back down to your mask. Do a search on here for "rainout", and you will find threads with a lot better suggestions and ways of stopping this.

Tracy is right on. I found if I use a hose cover and keep the room a bit warmer seems to help, I also change the humidifier setting according to the seasons. In spring and summer, I sent my unit on 1 or 2 and in winter at 3 or 4.

Some folks like to place their CPAP on the floor or a drawer of their night stand so that it is lower than their bed so that any condensation flows back into the humidifier and you don't get the gurgling from water in your hose.

I use the AUssie heated hose - it costs about US $ 120, I think. It was worth the investment for me, as I love to keep the humidifier setting all the way up. WIth the heated hose, I get no rainout. You can google it as Aussie Heated CPAP hose.

I fixed this problem by placing my CPAP on the floor on a phone book, turning down the humidifier at bit and getting a hose cozy. Pad A Cheek has some great ones- http://www.padacheek.com/PAC_Hosecover.html

I second the Aussie heated hose. It resolved my problems. It is $109 USD now because of the exchange rate. That includes the shipping.
I had a snuggle hose before the heated hose. i put this over the heated hose as extra insulation.
