I'm very pleased with how I'm feeling since starting my therapy. I actually feel like I have slept. My pressure setting is 11. What is the ideal leak rate (other than zero )?

Hello, the info on your mask should give you the leak rate as I think they count the air that has to be leaking out. I got a flat leak rate last night and it was 34 with a Liberty mask. So depending on your mask it looks like you are doing good.

Congratulations on your first 4 nights.....it sounds like you are adapting very well! I checked the Resmed site for the intentional leak rate on your mask and it looks to be somewhere between 38-39. Subtract that from your reported leak rate of 43, making your actual leak rate between 4 - 5. That's pretty good. Keep an eye on the leak rate to get it as low as possible. Your AHI should come down some as your body adapts. You should have one of your best Missouri springs in awhile. Great start!
