What machine is it? Many manuals are available on line. And most likely someone will tell you what to do if you post the brand/model of the machine.

I laughed at your comment about the body fat But my doctor told me that once your throat gets fat it does not loose weight like the rest of your body, he says it stays fat

All of the manuals I've seen are in several languages—have you flipped through all of the pages to see if the English version is there? What brand CPAP machine do you have? They all have different buttons . . .

Doctors are proved wrong everyday, if they weren't we would still be using leaches and have no idea what a germ is would we. Doctors also know nothing about genetics, it is like nutrition they get about a 3 hr course in it.
I will believe what I want and you believe that once a neck is fat it stays that way. That is just stupid.

WE still need to know what machine you have to offer any help. Fill in your profile.

Shhhhh. It's a secret!!! Disclosing that information undoubtedly would lead to identity theft. We must continue to guess at what he has and of course take him seriously.

Seriously, though, based on the vision that I'm having on the equipment in question... Push the Blue and the Orange button simultaneously. That will bring up a game of Ms. Pacman. Eat the two little pills on the bottom left, and that should bring up your clinician's menu and the rest from there should be self explanatory assuming you have a French-English dictionary on hand. HTH.
