Sorry for not answering back quickly. I am not sure why someone thought I was offended? The answer to who is #1 is Hopkins. Anyways I have been on CPAP for about 3.5 weeks and it seems to be helping for sure. My daytime fatigue has not gone away, but it has decreased some, and people have commented that I look better (always looked like i had swollen eyes, and always just looked tired). I do have a followup appointment with the sleep doc already scheduled; what questions should I be asking about the prescribed pressure so I know that it is correct and not too low? I want to make sure that I get everything answered so that I do not have to make another appointment!

Jaymp,

It is pretty normal for it to take a while for sleep to revert to a healthy nighttime pattern. Don't be too concerned if the improvement is slowish just as long as there is a steady improvement. It can take months to get sleep back into a healthy pattern.

Re sleep study, are you able to do screen grabs or scans of the pages ? - if yes can you post them somewhere & link to them.
