Karen is awsome. Great hosecover received today. Once again exceptional customer service! She whipped up a custom hose cover for me and I received it 5 days after I talked to her about it.

I too am very pleased. Karen made me a custom print hose cover and pad a cheek. The turn around time was less than a week including shipping. The quality of both are great.
