Quattro FF Mask Bag??

Post by Sleepy Boy » Thu Feb 19, 2009 11:57 am

Does anyone know if you get a carry bag when you get a Quattro FF mask from the DME? I got one a week ago, and they just put it in a plastic bag. My Swift Lgt. Pillow mask came with a little carry bag, so I thought maybe all masks came with one.
Thanks, Larry

I just came home from going to my husband's appointment to get his machine and mask, and they put the Quattro in a soft dark-blue cloth bag with a drawstring at the top.

Mine came with a sturdy, breathable "case/bag" with a zipper.

My UMFF came with a Liberty Bag from the DME. He was "nice" enough to through it in. The first Quattro I bought at cpapaction.com didn't have a bag just the plastic bag the mask came in. The next one I bought had the carry bag with it. Resmed must sell the masks to suppliers in various packages.

I fired my first DME ( one associated with my sleep doctor ) for a variety of reasons - this was one of them. Also he said I had no choice - next time the doctor came into the room, the DME talked a different story. They ended up not charging me for the equipment, and I returned it all - and went to Apria, of all places, who treated me well (and gave me the bag that came with the mask).

My Quattro came with a blue, almost see through bag. I dont think I'd travel with the mask in the bag-I prefer to lay the mask flat in my luggage, and use the blue bag for my shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste and wine corkscrew as I travel.

Yes, it is a very nice bag. Blue mesh-like material - never seen anything like it before. Its a keeper.

I got one with my original mask which was a hybrid and I kept that when they gave me the quattro. When I got another mask three months in it was just in plastic.
I use the bag all the time and wish I had another. I put my mask in it at the firehouse and hang it in my locker. My mask is somewhat protected below the main shelf by using that bag.
