You say that you don't meet ADP's criteria for an APAP, but your first post indicated that your Doctor was willing to write you a script for APAP. It's the Doctor who has to fill out the ADP forms; has he changed his mind on APAP for you? Have you asked him?
Yes the doc has to fill out the forms, but they are based on data taken from the sleep study. And apparently according to these data, i don't qualify. I consider myself lucky that i even got the script, at the very least I was able to try a loaner APAP to compare with the CPAP. Now i know its worth the extra cost/hassle.

To rehash what Slinky said,
1. You have the accepted definition of moderate apnea wrong.
2. If you believe there is a correlation between number of AHIs and therapeutic pressure, then either you have some information that I have never seen or you are just wrong.
As a new member, your credibility will be under close scrutiny. You are doing poorly so far in my corner.

Word. 10 cm is my pressure, I was having about 75 events per hour...

One of the first quotes I recall seeing on this board that brought a grin to my face was when someone said, "This is not a contest where the highest pressure is the winner".
