When I first joined, It seemed as though you posted everyday. There hasn't been anything for days.

You give so much helpful information, are you just taking time off? I look for your responses.

I had heard a rumor of vacation - I don't know any details however.

I was wondering where she was too. She always has such good information for us newbies.

We're all getting paranoid after 6ptStar and Snoredog, aren't we?

I'd believe she's on vacation. Even the most devoted computer geek leaves the laptop home now and then.

Cheers,

I thought SWS checked in and reported he's having some problems, but isn't dead yet?

In the immortal words of Monty Python "I'M NOT DEAD YET!"

Neither is 6ptstar, for that matter. i just meant he went offline for awhile.

I'm not dead yet... But I've reached my half-life... But I'm not on vacation with Rested Gal either.

She's rumored to be jammin' down in Jamaca.

I thought -SWS was making a guest appearance at the Rod Blagojevich trial in Rod's absence.

Den, you sly fox... uh... er... I meant wolf!

Jules, four of the last eight Illinois governors have been indicted for federal crimes. We're starting to think of Blagojevich as being somewhat of a traditionalist around these parts.

yeah yeah yeah - tell me about LOL politics

I voted for this guy when he was first elected. I moved to LOL in 1982 and left hopefully never to return in 2004.

LOL - Land of Lincoln for those who think it is laughing out loud

So, while we're speculating about RG, let's spin this one really good:

I say she's off in Jamaica on a Lesbian Holiday with Auntie Weeza, who gave up her Cabana Boy for RG's well rested-ness.

However, the dogs are at Doggie Spa getting Doggie Massages by Cabana Boy, who has been demoted to Kennel Boy.

Next?

LOL,
B.

If she's in Jamaica, it's a safe bet she's sitting somewhere in the sun listening to some sunbathing guy sleeping nearby and leaving this note beside him on the towel. "Here. Take my pantyhose. You're gonna need them." Now imagine him trying to explain that note to his wife when she returns from getting drinks!

For the newbies who might not know, RG is infamous for her advice to use the leg of pantyhose tights as a strap for securing a cpap mask.

As a son of the Land of Lincoln, I've naturally been following the Blago saga, along with the rest of my people who still live back there. My family has always been interested in politics. My grandfather, who died some years ago, continues his active participation in local ward elections in Chicago. My aunt votes frequently, both in the town where she was born and in the city where she now lives. And I have several nieces and nephews who, on election days, earn extra money after school by pulling levers.....

Getting old doesn't make you 'forgetful'. Having too damn many things to remember makes you 'forgetful'.
