My New Cpap..have a ??...

Post by DisneyFan » Sat Jan 10, 2009 9:52 pm

I just noticed that the front of my new machine says respironics Remstar pro m series and a sticker on the upper back says the same but there is lower sticker that says mseries remstar/bipap??

What does this mean?

From everything I've read, that sticker applies to the humidifier, which is the same one used for all of the M Series models.

I have wondered about the same thing too...

The sticker is on the bottom of the CPAP, not the humidifier.

Well, maybe it applies to the case that they used for essentially all of their models. The pre-M (Legacy) Series was pretty much the same way......the same basic case design was used for almost all of the models (with a few variations).

exactly...when I separated the humidifier from the cpap, the stick is under the cpap not the humidifier.

Gumby's theory is that part of the label is referring to a trademark but no one seems to believe him. What a nut job.!
