What's your pressure?
Have you ever been diagnosed with GERD? (there's also a "silent" version which you may not even know about)
Do you have acid reflux?

I see you have a nasal mask. It could also be related to mouth-breathing or mouth-leaking. If you had a dry mouth, that could be an indicator.

What is GERD????? Im not a mouth breather but I have had mouth leaking experience before I started using my machine. However, since I start using my machine my mouth has not leak and I dont have dry mouth...I do have acid reflux and take acid reducer for it (Prevacid or aciphex).

Well if you have acid reflux, you have GERD.

Could be a factor. However, since you're just starting, keep it in the back of your mind. Many of us experience new and different sensations and things we hadn't thought of before. Some people end up raising the head of their bed a few inches to keep the acid from coming up. Also, laying on one's left side can keep the entrance to the stomach on the upper side, which may help to reduce the stomach acids from entering back into the esophagus.

I just thought of another point I've read on this subject (here)....... Don't eat too close to bedtime. Try to allow two or three hours between supper and bedtime. (or whatever you can get by with......I realize sometimes schedules are hectic)

If you go to the Search function (above) and put in "GERD" or "reflux"......you'll have LOTS of reading.
