Help! CPAP mask emergency overseas

Help! Has anyone ever gotten Respironics RemstarPLus comfortgel mask shipped outside the US in a matter of days?

I'm outside the US, and my nasal mask has just broken. The US providers I've spoken to all say it'll take a couple of weeks to get something out to me. I'll be in HK for the next 2 days, UK for the week after, HK and Taipei after that, in case anyone has had experience of getting respironics stuff in these locations.

I'd be really grateful for any suggestions - starting to panic out here!

Check with our hosts, here. I have never had occasion to have anything shipped internationally by them, but they are very helpful with domestic orders -- and I have my stuff within 2 days instead of the three weeks my DME takes.

What broke? Can it be glued with something like Krazy Glue or a hot glue gun?
I would think there would also be Durable Medical Equipment providers there, too.

Also, there is a company that makes xPAPs and sells them in China. They also make masks. You can find their web site here:

Their contact info is below. I e-mailed them a few days ago to ask a question and they responded quickly. They also make nasal masks. I'm sure they're not as good as your comfort gel, but they could work temporarily in a pinch. The brand is Resmart and the manufacturer is BMC Medical. I would just call up some pharmacies in Hong Kong and ask if they carry their products (or xPAP masks generally).
