Need to contact forum administrator

I am a member of the forum who observes more than I talk. I am in need of help.

I have tried severval times to log in, using my same username and password. I keep getting this message "You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below".

Could someone tell me how to find an e-mail address so I may resolve this issue?

And, would it be possible to change user name and password, still using the same e-mail address?

Sorry I'm not an admin so I can't help you. It sounds like your account has been locked because you put in the wrong password too many times? Hopefully the admins will see this post tomorrow.
