Hi. I have been using the cpap for three months now. I sleep well, but in the middle of the night, I take the mask off! Sometimes the mask presses into my face and I get confused and take it off. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have done the same thing a few times over the last year. I adjusted the straps on the mask for better comfort. I also discovered that sometimes my nasal passages were not very clear. On those occasions I use a nasal spray before going to bed. That helps a lot.

Hi Lisa,
Have you tried using a nasal pillow interface like the Puritan Bennett Breese or the ResMed Mirage Swift? They are both much less obtrusive and may not prompt you to unknowingly pull them off.
