I hear it used in Multiple threads, I looked in "Our Wisdom." My boss is on this (For Chronic Fatigue) and loves it. What say ye?

I think its a good "crutch" when the CPAP therapy isn't effective and you're underslept. Works very well for me, I usually take one pill at noon when I feel underslept. Makes me feel mentally alert and refreshed, with no sense of anxiety like I can get with caffeine. I can even sleep after taking it if I want to, and it seems to enhance my sleep quality and reduce the amount of time I need to sleep. I try to take it only when I really need it though.

Helps with the concentration too. But it is no where as effective as a proper night's sleep on 100% effective XPAP therapy!

As far as I can tell from the literature I've read, its very safe and even has neuro-protective qualities. A real wonder drug I'd say.
