You can forget all your troubles, forget all your cares

So go downtown

Today was a bonus day. Nov. 2, 78deg, riding in shorts and a jersey.
I did the Bear Ck. Loop, which takes me from the foothills west of Denver, down
Bear Ck. to the S. Platte trail, through down town Denver.

Looking east from Golden, to the Denver skyline, my destination.

Gotham City, Police HQ, always ready to send out the Bat signal.

Mile High Stadium, gett'en ready for some football

Confluence Park, confluence of S. Platte River and Cherry Ck., skyline abit closer.

The old Denver Tramway Bld., now the REI flagship store. Bike central.

Headed north, down the river, looking back at the retreating skyline.

Favorite break stop, 10m from home.

Beautiful pictures.. I miss the leaves turning colors like that. Here in Florida all they do is die, turn brown and fall off the tree. Now in NJ was a totally different story, colors galore..
Newbie to sleep apnea. Anxiety and panic attacks. If I can do it, you can too! It's not as bad as you think.. :)

Sorry about them Broncos. (Miami 26 Broncos 17.) I heard the weather was indeed fine today.

You guys are just leaving the door open. Thanks.

The Chargers aren't going to stink all year. I suspect they are going to get it going real soon now.

My cube mate is a giant Bronco fan. He is a U of C Boulder graduate.

He also has been diagnosed with OSA, but has disdained the mask. He goes for another sleep study tomorrow since his new ENT wasn't sure he really had OSA. He is a young guy and I keep telling him he won't live to be 50 if he doesn't get with the treatment.

If his new sleep study comes back positive for OSA again, I am going to enlist all of your support to get him to see the light.

I will post his work e-mail and you can all bombard him with some real world stories and advice.

Tony

I gave up on professional football years ago.
I follow, but I'm not crazy anymore.
