Increasing AHI

Post by zorrro13 » Fri Oct 31, 2008 10:05 pm

Over the last 10 days My Ahi has seen a steady increase. Usually it is <1 but it creeped up to 2.5 and then to an avg of 3.8 for 7 days now. AH is around 0.3

The software charts look normal so whats causing this?

Several things could be the reason, but start checking leak data at the time of the event.

can you post some charts from the last one or two days? might make it easier to see what's going on.
have you many any changes - settings, equipment (mask), lifestyle, eating or sleeping habits, meds...?

Well I have been under a lot of stress lately due to some personal problems and and medical. The charts and leaks are totally normal but will try to post a chart tomorrow. No diff in meds or masks etc.

Are you having more trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep? Are you waking up more often during the night?

If it is taking longer to get to sleep and you think that time is longer than your current Settling time... you might want to increase the Settling time to give yourself more time to quiet down before the machine starts recording data.
