nasal passage

Post by landis » Fri Oct 31, 2008 10:12 pm

lately, with my humidifier on the highest setting i have noticed nasal passage feeling cold and dry waking me often. also i have felt the right side of nose feeling irritated, i tried clearing it with a kleenex and a VERY sharp pain came to my upper nasal passage even bringing tears to that eye. could this be caused by a sinus infection? i started to take levequin incase just getting over the worst cold iv ever had.

You didn't tell us what machine and humidifier combination you're using.
Just from that little information, it sounds like your humidifier may not be working (heating).
SOME humidifiers will not automatically restart if the machine is shut off (like for a trip to the potty during the night) or if it's been longer than their pre-heating cycle time, they will shut down.
