Thank you so much for the directions to change my pressure!
I have not gained or loss any weight no matter what i try. I take my dogs walking in the evening. I am a dog groomer so i am lifting and handling dogs all day. It is not like i sit all day.
I have never been very good at eating breakfast, I always seem to feel sick in the morning, was told that after i had my gall bladder out that it would changed BUT that didn't happen. I still feal sick.
As i said i groom dogs so i don't take a lunch break i feal bad if the dogs have to sit there any extra time i like to get them in and out as soon as i can. I guess i have to learn to eat better, i have just never been good at the either hahaha
Take you so much for your help

I realise this is an old thread, but I have today received the answer to the cause of my ongoing (every 3 minutes or so) yawns that only just started a couple of weeks ago despite 10 apparently successful years on CPAP. Mask leaks for most of the night! That was despite my AHI showing a good low number! It was that simple in my case ... mask leaks (I guess mouth breathing could cause the same, but I've got that covered with tape hehe). So with mask leaks (effectively) I may as well not have been on CPAP.
I have found lurking on this forum to be invaluable, reading both old and new posts, so I thought I'd add my solution to this thread in case others are likewise seeking answers.
cheers

Your diet could definitely be causing you problems. Not eating breakfast is the worst thing to do when trying to loose weight too (not that your asking for help in that situation) but I'm sure it could effect your sleepiness too. Have you ever had a thyroid check. I've had thyroid problems that also cause fatigue. Maybe you should suggest that to your doctor.

Another possibility is medication. Are you on any medication for other problems. Turns out my excessive sleepiness/tiredness was being caused by a new blood pressure medicine. When I changed that, I'm much more awake during the day and evening.

I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. The CPAP has not much helped my fatigue, but a prescription for Nuvigil has helped. Nuvigil is an improved version of Provigil, or so I've been told. Anyway, I like it!

What about other health issues? Are you diabetic?
