In order to try to reduce my fairly high hypopnea index (4.4 per hour: apneas 0.7 per hour on Oct 27th) I raised my APAP to 10 cm last night and, yes, the hypopnea index went down to 0.6 per hour BUT my apneas went up to 2.8 per hour.
The two reports are at: http://richardleveson.com/gridpipethynne/27_29OCT08.jpg
For the high hypopnea night I slept right through but woke up feeling completely lousy (fatigued, tense abdominal cramping).
For the high apnea night I woke many times but felt pretty good when I got up!
Comments would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldn't change your settings unless you have a week or two of averaged data.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
