dumped that crummy little plastic piece...many thanks!

Post by lindyjoy » Wed Oct 22, 2008 8:05 am

Well, I had never participated in any forum before I found cpaptalk.com. I guess that misery needs company and so I logged on and asked for help. I am amazed by the responses I got in answer to my problems with my Breeze mask and the info. I needed on travel equipment. You all were really helpful as was cpap.com. I have landed up ordering AEIOmed Everest2 cpap machine and battery pack. The price thru cpap.com is unbelievable as is their support and service. In terms of the mask, we landed up dumping the crummy little plastic piece that holds the whole thing together, and replaced it with a sturdy metal band. That makes all the difference. It holds the mask more reliably in place thereby solving the movement/leak/wake/replace/try to fall asleep again cycle. Anyway, I just want to thank you and to let you know, in case you didn't, how great cpap.com is. You guys taught me a lot. Sleep well.

Great!

Hey Lindy, if you've dumped the plastic part of the Breeze, would you like to try attaching it to an Adams Circuit Denim Headgear? I thought it might be the headgear of my dreams for my Nasal Aire II, but then decided I preferred attaching the NAII directly to my chin strap.

I have a free headgear, only worn briefly, washed, ready to mail out!

Cheers,
Babs

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)
