My prayers are with you from MD. I believe everything happens for a reason. You were meant to be there for your parents. Prayers go a long way. My husband had colon ca and we had prayers and wishes from around the world and it gave us strength.
Best of luck to both yor mom and dad

Through these tough times, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall, but God's always ready, to answer your call.

He knows every heartache, sees every tear, a word from His lips can calm every fear.

Your sorrows may linger throughout the night, but suddenly vanish at dawns early light.

The Savior is waiting somewhere above, to give you His grace and send you His love.

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain, "God always sends rainbows .... after the rain.

Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

I'm sending my prayers and healing thoughts to your family. Green is a healing color so am sending some green thoughts also. An accident like this involves more people than those just affected. So my wishes go out to all of your family and everyone who is involved. So scary how fast life can change.

Best wishes!

Coming on the accident as you and your son did had to be a nightmare, but being able to be there for your parents when they needed you most is priceless. As they recover there's probably going to be plenty of dark cloud/silver lining times. Sometimes it's only in retrospect the silver linings become apparent.

Praying inner peace, strength, and healing for you and yours.

Kathy

My thoughts and best wishes for you and your family. Also great relief that the accident was not as bad as it might have been.

May your parents both very quickly recover.

Oh my....in reading all these replies I'm left in tears, just touched by the prayers
and kind words from each and everyone. I cant even find words right now to express
how much I appreciate all the prayers, and I'm pleased to report Mom is making progress,
but it will be a bit before she can be released from the hospital. Her spirits are good
though, and she's a tough ole' Irish farmgirl who will be on her feet in God's time, with
alot of persistance on her end. Thank you all!!!
