At first I thought this ad was contrived as a spoof, but if it is serious, I don't know which is more unbelievable - that they think anyone is gullible enough to fall for this, or that some actually will be. This kind of blatant shysterism makes me want to march up and down their sidewalk carrying a "snake oil" sign. I am going to contact them and let them them know not only are their claims midleading and fraudulent, they could endanger anyone with diminished capacity who might actually take them seriously. I guess schemes like these are rampant, but when one is right in your face, it's hard to ignore. Will let you know if they reply to me.

Way, way, way down at the bottom they have a "cover their sorry butt" paragraph where they admit; it may not work , you should not discontinue using your CPAP machine , and you should see a doctor first.
Want to bet on how many people wil lever read that far and see that information?

Sounds like a sleeping pill to me, a so-called "natural" sleeping pill. Since "natural" products are unregulated (at least they are in Canada) they are not responsible to anyone for possible serious side effects.

It's a sleeping or "relaxing" pill. If people are really sleeping better, it's only because it's relaxing them more and they're not aware of the events (especially if it's mild), or possibly didn't even have OSA to being with, 'cause those ingredients sure won't eliminate it.

Some of the items in the list of ingredients are meant to relax you--I've actually used Valerian Root and Passion Flower for anxiety before (beware if anyone tries Valerian, it is relaxing, but boy does it stink!!). But it's basically a list of things you can get at any health food store, nothing spectacular at all in the least.

Might be a nice sleep enhancer, but cure for OSA??? Not a chance.....
