I've never had the ComfortGel ff mask, I used to use the ComfortFull FF mask, the top "T" Bar location: moving it in will raise the mask off the nose some. Mine could use another few degrees of movement. You could build that "T" Pad up with something to gain the angle. As far as the nose, when it heals it will get tougher. a bandaid can help on the nose to recover. Jim

I've been using the ComfortGel FF for three months now and have NEVER completely stopped the leaks. I HAVE found that you can over tighten the straps and cause a problem. Try loosening the straps some and see what happens to the leaks.

The ComfortGel FF is definitely hard on the bridge of your nose. I put two layers of medical tape on mine to help relieve the pressure sore the mask causes. Its worked for me.

I ordered one of those from my DME.

I took it back after two days of trying. It leaked like crazy.

The DME said they had sold 5 or 6, and they had all been returned for the same reason.

My comfortgel nasal mask fits me perfect though with no leaks at all.

Keep trying.

I've used the Comfortgel FF mask without major problems. It is not my primary mask, but I have used it for a week at at time. Like any mask, I think it takes a few days to figure out how to get it adjusted. Also, there is no doubt that one mask doesn't fit every face well. However, I have found that it needs to be "less tight" than many masks.

Just my experience.

I bought a ResMed Liberty FF mask this Saturday. Its a hybrid type of mask, so there is nothing pressing on the bridge of the nose. That's HEAVEN after three months of trying to avoid pressure sores. However, after two nights I'm still trying to get it to leak less than my ComfortGel FF. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Well,
I took it back to the DME and traded for an ResMed Ultra Mirage ffm. Seems others had problems with it also. hope i can get longer sleep tonight. Have to tape my sore nose to do that. Thanks all who tried to help.
