hello a newbe here with a ?
I'm not new to the cpap/bipap world just the forum .I've been on a machine for 11 years now . I just went to be retested and they found that my pressures were way to low. i was at 18 over 14 and they turn my machine to it's max of 25 over 18 . they said that 29 over 18 is were i slept the best. So I need a new machine . has anyone else had this happen . also It's hard to keep my mask sealed up (swift lt ) keep's blowing off my nose

Don't know anything at all about BIPAPS, I'm on an auto. I'm mainly bumping this up for you.
If you're having trouble keeping your current mask on at higher pressures, do investigate another mask. I don't seem to have the "blow off" effect with my Nasal Aire II at higher pressures. You might look at that mask. I have a whole tip sheet about it in the link in my signature line.
Good luck and welcome to the forum!

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.
