Battery Geek vs Cpap.Com batteries

I currently have two Cpap.com batteries and have been impressed with their weight and lifespan. I am heading overseas from Australia again and am concerned with the new Lithium battery rules.

Has anyone had any trouble taking the Cpap.com batteries onto flights? I need the 2 batteries because of the number of days I will be away from electricity.

OR would I be better off going for the BG C444, which is larger but apparently has FAA approval? Would I be able to take two of these on flights. An expensive job, I know that.
