Just curious, opening your mouth (with nasal mask/machine on) at your titrated pressure imply that decompression out your mouth should occur?
I can have my mask on, turn on machine open my mouth and stop the air from rushing out. I can (if I focus), breath through my mouth.

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by decompression in this instance, but breathing through your mouth when you have a nasal mask on, or letting all the air out instead of having it go down your throat is a waste of machine, mask and good therapy air. The point is to have the air go down your throat, not out your mouth, and if you can't keep your mouth closed, get a full face mask.

Perhaps I should clarify.
I should of mentioned doing this while awake, and just experimenting.
At lower pressures, you could open your mouth and no air will fly out.
Now there has to be some pressure where soon as you open your mouth, it will fly out.
How is this pressure related to your titrated pressure? Should it be your titrated pressure?
Is there a correlation?

With your tongue positioned correctly it seals the airway and your machine pressure passes through your nasal airway and will not leak out of your mouth, even with you mouth open. This is something that I and many here with nose/sinus/allergy issues struggle with. When you break the seal (move your tongue from the roof of your mouth) it will leak back through your mouth.

Being asleep, ruins your focus. Jim
