You may have to tighten the lower straps just a tad. Or you might pick up a pkg. of MACKS ear plugs and mold one into a rope and attach it to your mask where the leak is. This is very effective way to plug up a leak. My quattro fits fine for a week or so then I have to make up something to get it to seal again. Its a constant battle to maintain a seal. Keeps life interesting though. Happy sleeping......jim

Have you tried some kind of stretchy fabric (panty hose, knee high nylons, sweat band, elastic band) over the mask to help hold it is place? Make sure you don't block the exhaust holes.

The quattro is picky, but worth the effort.

Make sure that silicone is even around green frame with no ripples.
The elbow leaks like crazy...2-3 wraps of teflon tape works wonders.
Strap tension is critical...balancing top and bottom straps is tedious, at best.
Learn to estimate adjustments by using your fingers to "tighten/loosen" mask before adjusting straps.

Hang in there, because there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Pull out the elbow and wrap the teflon tape around the threaded part of the elbow that snaps into the front of the mask. Wrap somewhere around 3-5X round and snap back in. Works great!
