I had a Doc my mother was working for at the time write "APAP" on a script and that got it. One word, no pressure settings, nothing.

try going back to the DME that you got the cpap from. They might still have it on file, request a copy of it. Or ask for all your medical records from your doc, maybe the old copy of the RX might be in there. I still have both mine. I made a copy of them, making sure I had them in my files.
