The attached image is impossibly small. Could you repost a larger version?

I am trying to figure this out for myself using a different mask but since I don't have any data posted I'll use yours.
You are using an Ultra Mirage FF with the following pressure-flow curve/table:
From:
http://www.resmed.com/en-us/products/se ... _multi.pdf
Your average leak according to your first night data is 39.00 LPM. Your 90% CPAP pressure is 14.0 cms with an average CPAP pressure of 11.6 cms. My question is, how do you figure out what percentage of leak is "normal" (attributed to the mask) and what is "actual" leak?
From looking at your data it seems you had virtually no leak what-so-ever (although there were some spikes) that could not be considered "normal" due to the intentional leak rate of the mask.
Am I making any sense? Should we have to figure this out in order to determine an "actual" leak?

If this is your first night on any machine and you have an AHI of 1.5, it seems things can only get better from here.
Some of us haven't been able to achieve that low within the first few AHI for months. Well done!

Wow for a first night!
Which mask were you using that night, the Swift? You definately want to get rid of that large leak you had. If it's the Swift you may be loosing the seal here and there for those sharp little peaks, easy with a nasal pillow mask.
and welcome....
