HI RB, COULD YOU TELL ME THE DIFFERENCE IN BREEZE 1 AND BREEZE 2? I HAVE #1 AND WHEN I LOOK ON LINE BREEZE #2 LOOKS THE SAME. THERE CAN'T BE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. THANKS AGAIN MARY

A number of design enhancements were recently made to the Breeze SleepGear interface based on patient feedback. The hose guide for the Nasal Pillows assembly features a stronger material to increase longevity. In addition, a new clip has been added to the Nasal Pillows assembly that gives patients greater flexibility in positioning the halo straps to help keep the interface securely positioned on the head. The cradle pad on the Breeze SleepGear interface has thicker padding to increase comfort, and a cuff has been added to the swivel adapter for greater convenience when disconnecting the interface.
The revolutionary one piece design of Breeze™ SleepGear™ with a soft silicone perimeter nasal mask adds new versatility with superior comfort. The latest in seal technology is interchangeable with different size Nasal Pillows.

Mary, if the original Breeze is suiting you, you don't really need the "improved" one until you want to buy a new mask. While Guest's quote of the product description of the improved Breeze says "recent", the improved design came out about a year ago. There's not been anything more recent since then.
If you get the "improved" one, the only tweak you might need to make for it (along with any of the usual tweaks you might be using with your original) is something I posted in the topic called Jul 15, 2005 subject: Quick Breeze Comment (4 page Topic) :

Those raised dots don't seem to hold it very well for some people. Stays put ok there for me, but maybe that's because of my straps down low holding everything better. I've read complaints by quite a few people on the TAS board, though, about that adjustment spot sliding too easily up and down during the night. If it slides down, you get leaks. If it slides up, the pillows will tug the nostrils upward. It really is important for that adjustment spot to "stay put" the way you want it.
You've zeroed in on that "slides-too-easily" spot, LI. I think you're right about planning to secure it in place. Tape would work. A flat garbage bag tie that has square holes like so tired suggests sounds like the best way to avoid gooey tape residue.
