Setting date/time on RemStar Pro

I picked up a used RemStar Pro (not the M series) and would like to keep it at my mom's house for when I go visit her. I downloaded a user's manual, got good pressure, but I can't get the card to store any data (the card was erased when I got it), and there is no leak data or AHI info on the machine display.

Anybody found a way to set the date and time info, or does a DME have to do it? That may help get the card to start storing data.

If it is the Remstar Pro, not the Pro2, it does not store any data but usage hours. You have to have at least the Pro2 to monitor and record the detailed data. The clock must be set my a DME with the right equipment and software. Most DME's dont seem to have what is necessary.

Since it did come with a card, wouldn't it normally record something on that?

Just because it has a card, doesn't mean that it records detailed data. The older Pro was basically the same machine as the Plus. All it recorded was compliance data......hours used (slept). It was phased out in April of 2005 after the Pro 2 was introduced.

The Pro has a card but does not record any data except for the hours of use. The card is there for the convience of the doctors and DME's. They can change your pressure and other settings on your machine by recording it on the card and you don't have to bring the machine it to them. Sorry.
