I have used the quattro mask a few months. I very much dislike this mask as time goes by, but I keep it as a back up for those nights I have too much nasal congestion to use the nasal mask. I got the simplicity mask a few weeks ago. I have noticed on the nights that I use the simplicity mask my AHI is about half what it is using the Quattro. I've also noticed with the same pressure setting, I can't really feel the pressure with the quattro but I can really feel my throat blowing right open with the simplicity. Is the simplicity just a better mask or is it more that it just fits my face better? The quattro leaks a lot and doesn't really fit the contour of my face all that well. I'm also wondering why that is since it didn't do it when I first got it, but does it every night I use it now.

Regarding the new Quattro leaks: how old is your cushion and how often do you wash it?
Other than that, I think a lot of why mask satisfaction is all over the map has to do with different facial structures, breathing habits, source of the narrowing airway, etc. I've loved masks others have hated, and hated those that others have loved.
You also might just have the wrong size Quattro.
