Like I said ... who cares whether humans are the cause or not?bbacher wrote:I have not read any global warming theories that can explain why other planets in the solar system are also getting hotter. Do some Google searches and you'll find articles about nearly every planet being warmer than it was a few decades ago. You can also find pictures showing the shrinking of Mars's polar ice caps over the years. Even as far out as Pluto, they have evidence that shows warming.
Earth certainly seems to be getting warmer, but I'm not convinced that humans have a significant impact. I have to ignore too many other factors to reach that conclusion.
I had a Swedish scientist and author explain to me that global warming would cause the gulf stream to shift and the whole of Europe would freeze over and eradicate human life there.Wulfman wrote:.......

If you are sitting on a train speeding towards a downed bridge, who cares whether it was blown up by al queda or taken out by an earthquake? ... you better start thinking how you are going to get off that train.
