I had these direction to change my pressure settings but seemed to have lost them resmed "m" series. Also I have been on for about a year and a half now and am waking in the the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep my thoughts were to go back to the doc but in the meantime I am thinking that my pressure seems to be too low I am not getting the quality of sleep I had prior to the begining of this year it seems to have steadly gone down hill I had a study done just prior to christmas and they lowered my pressure from 17 to 14 seemed ok at the time but now I am wondering if that was such a mo0ve.

Resperionics builds the "M" machine and not Resmed. Your pic shows the Remstar Plus CPAP. Is this correct? You will need to get into the clinicians menu to be able to bump the pressure upwards. You're already operating at a higher than normal pressure. I'm not sure that is your problem. You could be losing your pressure from leaks or open mouth if using a nasal mask. Since your machine is not data capable you would have no way of knowing if you're mouth breathing. Try to stop the leaks first and see how you feel. Regards jim

Yes it is the Remstar as indicated in my profile but the pressure is correct would you know how to change it on this machine. Any help appreciated I believe I unpluggged it and held the outer 2 arrows and plugged it back in again I do believe that this pressure change was the root of my problem tks for the reply Jim
