Can't access Efficacy Data without going thru Clinical Menu every time in the S8 Elite II. Does anyone know if this machine is different than the S8 Elite?
Also, when I do check the Efficacy Data, the pressure always says 0. Anyone know why it would do this?

In the Clinical Menu is SmartData turned on? I don't have the Elite II, I had the Elite, but I do have the S8 II VPAP Auto.
The pressure always only showing 0 doesn't sound right at all. I'd be inclined to take it back to the supplier if a local and have them run thru the menus and see if they get the same results: Pressure 0.

IF you would allow us to send you a PM I "might" be able to provide you w/some help via my VPAP Auto's Clinicians Menu since it is also an S8 II. You would have to go back into your Profile at the top of the page to do so.
You might also try e-mailing Resmed and asking them. Something your local DME's RT should have had the smarts, ambition and initiative to do.

Going into the Clinicians Menu as SnoreDog suggested you SHOULD the first time you go thru it write down what appears on EACH screen so that if you accidentally or intentionally change a therapy setting and want to change it back to the original setting you will know what that original setting was.
