First Night on 8 cm from 5 cm. WOW! Big difference

Either I am a whoosy, I have got to say I am in awe of you guys who are on something like 10 or more.

What a difference between the 5 and 8, had to tighten things up a lot more, and probably still leaked like crazy while I slept, but what the hey. I did a trial run in the early evening and did get a few minutes of sleep, so I figured the night was going to be okay after a while.

As an aside, I have also been trying to only breath through my nose during the day because Doctor says I am blowing off too much CO2 24/7, and this is a big problem for me.

I know what you mean! When you start out low, the difference is major. I join your salute to our friiends up there in the stratosphere!

8 cmh2o is on the low end of medium pressure. 5 cmh2o is scarcely any pressure; on most machines that is just one cmh2o about the minimum set pressure.

I don't know if I'm "normal" or not because I tried 20cm last night and hardly even noticed the difference from 15cm.
