no daily event data available

I have been using a remstar auto c-flex m-series for a few weeks and have been downloading data using encore pro 1.8.49. The I have downloaded the data from the last 2 nights. When I view an interaction report no daily event data is available. The compliance data is there but no daily events. Does anyone have any ideas?

To look at the detail data, in EncorePro just right-click on the download date and you should see a choice for creating a report. This produces a PDF with whatever data was on the card at the time of the download. You can't get an "overall" report for all data downloaded unless you use James Skinner's EncoreProAnalyzer.

Right. I also use the Encore Pro Analyzer. The daily event data is only missing from the last 2 nights. I am able to view the daily event data on prior days. It's like the daily event data wasn't recorded to the card for the last 2 nights.

Isn't this the problem common to the M Series? Dropping data one or two nights a month? Shouldda bought a "tank".

Yes I for one noticed, until you made the last post!! I have been thinking that maybe we should take up a collection to buy you a Respronics so you would quit hawking those darn old Resmad machines especally since they have gotten worse about allowing the software than the other guys!!

Anyone want to donate?
