Ok...this may sound like a silly question but...how on earth do you yawn when your have that machine hooked up? If I try and yawn with it on I can't get a good yawn in cuz it's wanting me to breathe the wrong direction. If I take it off then I'd hafta leave it off for a while till I'm all yawned out. But since I took it off I'm not used to not getting that bit of extra air so i feel like I need more air...so more yawning! So I gave up using it tonight night because, well one of many reasons, I could not stop yawning. Plus the full pressure was keeping me awake but I would notice the ramp. Plus I could not get comfortable without the mask either leaking, making noise cuz the outlet was right next to the bed, or too much pressure from the mask. Plus last night was my first full night and I was more tired during the day than I remember being in a very long time...almost like I hadn't slept. oh...and I'm getting stuffy too...dunno if it's from the machine or if I'm coming down with something. i'm starting to hate my machine...
