Encore Error - What does it mean?

This is the first problem I have encountered with EncoreViewer. I wasn't able to fix it, but I did create another "user" and downloaded the data to the newly created user. I painted over the user portion.

Has anyone had this problem before? What happened, how can I fix. I don't want to keep adding users if I have this problem again.

I get this problem EVERY TIME.

I keep deleting the previous profile and redownloading the data.

I would also like to know why this is happening and how to make it stop.

Mask
