I'm sorry I can't help, but I did look to see what sort of machine you have. It is an auto PAP with integrated humidifier made by Brea in Sweden.
Ikea needs to get display models of these machines to put on their bedroom display night stands.

The Breath.rar is a commonly used compressed file similar to a zip file (filename.zip), it can be opened with a Mac or linux machine with stuffit installed, where it expands that single file into a folder with individual file names:
BREATH.ILF
DETAIL.ILF
EVENT.ILF
SETTINGS.ILF
There are only a couple companies that appear to be using ILF files, one is omniscope a reporting software company, you might try downloading their trial program and see if it can open the expanded ILF files above. You will need to install a program like Stuffit (don't know if they make it for Windows, know they make it for Mac Leopard).
PKZIP "may" (not sure) be able to expand the breath.rar compressed file.
Here is the dataplayer which may be able to open and view those files, I tried a simple text view and they appear to be binary files.
