new question

hi there

well it seems the better the cpap makes you feel, the less you are on here, well i know that is how i am , I have an update for you ,
been on the cpap for 9 months now, it is going good, still learning alot about the whole thing, but i do feel alot better, I just got used to the cold weather and the humidity level to use and now it is hot so I am figuring that out now,
my big question is, I have lost 45 pounds so far, and I think that maybe I dont need as much air blowing at me , not sure thou, i know that sometimes i cant sleep cause i feel like i am suffocating, should I get another sleep study or wait till i finish losing all my weight, i can sleep good all night most of the time but from time to time it bothers me
and what does it mean when I wake up and my lungs feel like they hurt, I mean I am sore when I breathe in, I think it is my humidity's level right ,
boy you think I would know something about this stuff by now but I am glad i have this site to come too,
thanks for the help

Hi there, Flightyone,
I don't know your machine - so I can't tell you how to make changes. I just wanted to say I'm glad to hear you're doing so well!

If your doc. is still cooperative, maybe he'll agree to bring down your pressure a bit without another sleep study. I wouldn't wait till the weight loss was finished, it does seem the pressure has become too high now.

How's are things going at work?

O.
