Sorry got home late last night due to a couple of after hours O2 setups. The pictures are up now though, just posted them this morning. I didn't get a chance to check out the function of the heater on 12v, will try to do that today.

Watching paint dry and noting your valuable input to the forum are on that list, too.....in that order and not nearly as high up.

Not really all that exciting.....just trying to keep people informed. There are alot of people out there who are looking for a humidifier/cpap combo that will work on 12v power. IF this new M series humidifier does infact perform in that capacity it will be a big plus.

Yes I know all of the problems associated with the M series humidifier in the past, but the water chamber leaks have been resolved, and now if they have made it work on 12v power that will be benefical to many people.

I also agree with you though Wulf, they should have stuck with the Legacy series.

Wrong! Only through a 110 volt converter. There is no way to hook the "M" humidifier to a 12 volt source.

I think he is referring to the actual power supply that plugs into the humidifier, I was wondering myself if it just used the power supply that comes with the M series xPAP or if it had a new power supply that replaced it and it's half of the block, if you know what I mean.

I would presume that the humidifier doesn't come with it's own power supply. You probably use the one that came with the CPAP, sans the current humidiifer adapter cap 110v connector.

Looks to me like you will need both a new power supply and a new HH, IF you choose to upgrade. Think I'll wait to hear the specs on this.

But it is a good idea, now if they would just re-instate the pre-warming feature.
