you can defininately do it,

I never really felt good using a full face mask, always fighting leaks, it was a PIA trying to maintain that, worse than using tape.

I found:
-controlling nasal congestion via rhino rinse helps dramatically
-practice nasal breathing during the day (hard a few weeks ago due to tree pollen in the air)
-always keeping the tongue planted in the hard palate
-if you awake and find yourself mouth breathing, put the tongue back and try to maintain it

-my 420e reports let me know how well I'm doing in that area, so far so good, leak rarely gets over 0.8L/s and never over the red large leak line at 1.2L/s. Most of the time it hovers around 0.4-0.6L/s.

someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...

I agree, and also learned that a 'Neti Pot' is not necessary to do this.

After mixing the salt and warm water in a glass, pour a small amount in the cup of your hand, and SNORT SALINE!!

I try to hold it in as long as I can, then blow it out, either one nostril at a time, or both together.
Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat (in MY case).

For best results, do this over a sink.
