CONTROL III Disinfectant question...

I have been using this product now for some five months. Just the other day I noticed the "DANGER" symbol on the container. It saying that one should wear gloves whenever handling this stuff. Well, the only time my hands would come into contact with the stuff was in the diluted form, while I was either placing the parts INTO the solution OR taking them out. In this diluted form, is this what is considered bad or was it in the undiluted form? Who else is using this stuff and how do you do it? Thoughts? Suggestions?
