Algorithm

I went to see a new sleep doctor. He said he would like to see a copy of the Respironics algorithm so he can see how accurate the output from the software is. Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy?

Closest thing to a "copy of the algorithms" would be the patent, I suppose. Perhaps these links would help:

While the doctor pours over the algorithm info in the patents, you might find this very long thread interesting, too:

I doubt sleep doctors are able to understand apap's algorithm...

I think you're exactly right, Sandor. And the doctor doesn't have -SWS to turn to for help.

If the sleep doc wants to knock himself out, though, he's welcome to "go for it".
