9 days ago I began eating a reduced calorie diet.
My average AHI has been double every night except this past Sunday when I ate more "normal food at Easter dinner. That night it was in the normal range.
Has anyone experienced this type AHI change based on eating?
HELP!!!

What about your water intake?
What mask are you using? ... machine?
There may or may not be a connection to reduced calorie (not always a good diet strategy BTW) but it is likely something else is causing AHI increase.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
If your question would have been: Can diet effect A.H.I.?.....I would have agreed.
I used to find that some carbs/starches in the evening meal gave me lower numbers.
Dealing with higher blood glucose numbers doesn't give me that option anymore.
However, even on a low carb (reduced EVERYTHING) diet these days really hasn't affected my AHI that I can tell.
Maybe you need a pressure increase.
Like DreamStalker said, please list your equipment and pressure(s).
It may be a temporary thing and once your body adjusts to the diet, it may reflect in your AHI numbers.
Your diet is probably far more important than tweaking your pressure.
