Oral Appliance

Has anyone used an oral appliance to alleviate mild sleep apnea, and did it work?

Yes,
I have had very good success with the TAP devise. I have been using for 3 months and I have adjusted to the devise. I much perfer it to CPAP. My apnea was mild to moderate. During REM I would have an AHI of 25-30 and O2 levels to 82%. I have checked my O2 with a oximeter that records over night. My average O2 was about 95% with a few down to 90%. This was only for very breif periods. I did not have any spikes in pulse rate or O2. I am very satified. Hope this helped.
